A few things renters usually ask us first.
How fast will you actually reply?
Our team is based in Bali and checks WhatsApp throughout the day — most messages get a reply within 2 hours during office hours. Email takes a little longer.
Do you charge a booking or agent fee?
No. Bali Villa Hub is a marketplace — your rental agreement is directly with the owner or agency, so there’s no commission added on top of your rent.
Can I get a video tour before visiting in person?
Yes — mention the property name in your message and we’ll help arrange a live video walkthrough with the owner directly.
I don’t know which area is right for me — can you help?
Tell us your budget and what matters most — beach, rice fields, or nightlife nearby — and we’ll suggest two or three areas worth viewing.
